药师应用血药浓度监测参与急性有机磷农药中毒抢救分析

摘　　要：患者因口服农药后出现胆碱能危象,在农药种类和中毒剂量不详时,临床药师应用气相色谱法检测出患者血中毒物为毒死蜱,并对其进行动态血药浓度监测,参与该中毒患者的治疗、用药方案的制定,对患者的临床治疗有积极意义。A patient took pesticide orally and resulted in cholinergic crisis. The pesticide species and dosage were not clear. With gas chromatography, chlorpyrifos was determined in the patient plasma. Pharmacists monitored the chlorpyrifos in the plasma and participated in the treatment plan, which helped the treatment of the patient.
