摘 要:通过对合金硬度和电阻率测试,研究了Al-Er,Al-Zr,Al-Er-Zr及其Al-Er-Zr-B合金时效硬化行为和导电性能;同时采用深度酸腐蚀的方法来观察合金微观组织形貌。结果表明,相对于纯Al,Er和Zr的加入均降低合金导电性能,且Zr对合金导电性影响更大; B的加入可以改善Er和Zr带来的不利影响,但使得合金失去时效硬化效果,而Zr的加入却可以减慢Al-Er-Zr合金高温时效时硬度下降的速度。在Al-ErZr-B合金中Zr和Er的硼化物是以六方片状和花瓣状形貌存在,而Al_3Zr则是以立方状形貌存在。The age hardening behavior and electrical conductivity of Al-Er,Al-Zr,Al-Er-Zr and Al-Er-Zr-B were investigated by measuring hardness and resistivity. And acid etching method was used to study micro-structure of alloy. The results reveal that addition of Er and Zr can reduce electrical conductivity and Zr produce a greater effect compared with pure Al. The addition of B makes alloy lose age hardening behavior while improve the adverse effects of Er and Zr. At high temperature,however,the addition of Zr can slow the decrease of hardness of Al-ErZr. The morphology of boride of Zr and Er is in shape of petals and hexagonal while Al3Zr is in shape of rectangular.
