摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对针状六钛酸钾晶须(PTW)的表面进行修饰改性,并利用熔融共混法制备改性后的产物与聚丙烯的复合材料。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析聚丙烯(PP)/六钛酸钾(K2Ti6O13)复合材料的等温结晶行为,相关结晶动力学参数可使用Avrami方程计算。结果表明:PP和PP/K2Ti6O13复合材料的等温结晶行为在较大的区域内适合用Avrami方程描述;在相同的结晶温度下,PP/K2Ti6O13复合材料的半结晶时间(t1/2)较纯PP更短,Avrami指数(n)较纯PP更大,说明六钛酸钾晶须的加入能促进PP基体结晶,生成更多二维盘状结构;而对于纯PP和PP/K2Ti6O13复合材料,结晶温度(Tc)的提高,使得半结晶速率(G1?2)降低,结晶度(Xc)提高。The surface of acicular potassium hexatitanate whisker(PTW) was modifi ed by silane coupling agent KH-550. The composite material of modified product and polypropylene was prepared by melt blending method. The isothermal crystallization behavior of PP/K2Ti6O13 composites was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and the related crystallization kinetic parameters were calculated by Avrami equation. The results show that: the isothermal crystallization of PP and PP/K2Ti6O13 composites conforms to the Avrami equation in a wide range. At the same crystallization temperature, the PP/K2Ti6O13 composites have shorter semicrystallization time(t1/2) and larger Avrami index(n) than the pure PP, indicating the addition of potassium titanate whiskers can promote the crystallization of polypropylene matrix to generate more two-dimensional disc structure. For pure PP and PP/K2Ti6O13 composites, the increase of crystallization temperature(Tc) makes the semi-crystallization rate(G1?2) decrease and the crystallinity(Xc) increase.
