摘 要:为增强增韧再生高密度聚乙烯(RHDPE),探索了不同配比下硅烷偶联剂(SCA)与马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PEg-MAH)协同表面改性碳酸钙(CaCO3)与RHDPE复合材料的力学性能,并对其结晶性能进行了研究。结果表明:当RHDPE为75份,CaCO3为25份,无论SCA含量为CaCO3的0.5%、1%或1.5%时,都存在某一种含量的PE-g-MAH能使RHDPE/CaCO3复合材料的拉伸性能与弯曲性能比纯RHDPE有较高提升。随着PE-g-MAH含量的增多,RHDPE/CaCO3复合材料的熔融温度逐渐升高,结晶度逐渐增大。升降温速度加快后会使RHDPE/CaCO3复合材料的熔融温度升高,结晶温度下降,并且引起晶区紊乱,结晶粒径差异大的情况。In order to reinforce and toughen RHDPE, the mechanical properties of the surface-modified RHDPE/CaCO3 composites synergistically modified by silane coupling agent (SCA) and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(PE-g-MAH) at different ratios were investigated, and their crystallization properties were studied. The results show that: when the RHDPE content is 75 phr, and the CaCO3 content is 25 phr, whether the SCA content is 0.5%, 1%, or 1.5% of the CaCO3, there always exist a curtain content of PE-g-MAH, which can greatly increase the tensile properties and flexural strength of RHDPE/CaCO3 composites than those of pure RHDPE. With the increase of PE-g-MAH content, the melting temperature of RHDPE/CaCO3 composites and the crystallinity increase. The melting temperature of RHDPE/CaCO3 increases and the crystallization temperature decreases with the increase of heating and cooling rate, which leads to the disorder of crystal zone and the large difference of crystal size.
