摘 要:以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基体,以短切碳纤维(SCF)为增强剂,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)为相容剂,通过熔融挤出制备了HDPE/SCF/POE-g-MAH复合材料。测试了HDPE/SCF/POE-g-MAH复合材料的力学性能、流变性能和断面形貌。结果表明:加入适量的SCF和POE-g-MAH,复合材料的力学性能明显得到提高。随着POE-g-MAH含量的增加,HDPE/SCF/POE-g-MAH复合材料的剪切黏度得到提高。POE-g-MAH的加入,提高了复合材料中SCF和HDPE之间的相容性。HDPE/SCF/POE-g-MAH composites were prepared by melt extrusion using high density polyethylene (HDPE) as matrix, short carbon fiber (SCF) as reinforcing agent and maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer (POE-g-MAH) as compatibilizer. The mechanical properties, rheological properties and cross-sectional morphology of HDPE/SCF/POE-g-MAH composites were tested. The results show that: the mechanical properties of the composites are obviously improved by adding appropriate amount of SCF and POE-g-MAH. With the increase of POE-g-MAH content, the shear viscosity of HDPE/SCF/POE-g-MAH composites is improved. The compatibility of SCF and HDPE is improved by adding POE-g-MAH.
