针灸配合微波对口腔颞下颌关节疼痛治疗效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸配合微波对口腔颞下颌关节疼痛治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年3月我院收治的口腔颞下颌关节疼痛患者70例,随机分为对照组35例,研究组35例。对照组给予微波治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上,配合针灸治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗4周后,比较两组患者颞下颌关节紊乱指数、疼痛等级、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数、疼痛等无显著性差异(P>0. 05),治疗4周后,均有显著性差异(P<0. 05);治疗4周后,研究组临床疗效总有效率为94. 29%,对照组总有效率为77. 14%,两组有显著性差异(P<0. 05)。结论:针灸配合微波能有效治疗口腔颞下颌关节疼痛,与单独使用微波治疗相比,具有显著性差异,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with microwave in the treatment of temporomandibular joint pain.Methods :Seventy patients with oral temporomandibular joint pain treated in our hospital from March 2015to March 2017were randomly divided into controlled group (n =35)and study group (n =35).The controlled group was treated with-microwave therapy,the study group was treated with acupuhcture treatment on the basis of the controlled group.The levels of temporomandibular joint disorder,pain grade and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups before treatment and 4weeks after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the temporomandibular joint disorder index and pain grade between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).There was significant difference in those index between the two groups 4Weeks after treatment (P <0.05).The total effective rate was 94.29%in the study group,and 77.14% in the controlled group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with microwave treatment can effectively treat oral temporomandibular joint pain,and significantly better than microwave therapy alone.It is worthy:of clinical reference to promote.
