郑氏伤科针灸结合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折并发Sudeck骨萎缩的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察郑氏伤科针灸结合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折并发Sudeck骨萎缩的临床疗效。方法:选取68例桡骨远端骨折并发Sudeck骨萎缩患肢,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用单纯针刺治疗,观察组采用郑氏伤科针灸结合中药治疗,2组患者均治疗8周。比较2组患者治疗前后临床症状体征、Cooney腕关节功能评分及临床疗效评价,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗后2组患者的疼痛程度、关节活动度、压痛、皮肤颜色改变评分及肿胀度均较治疗前明显降低(P<0. 05);并且观察组治疗后除压痛评分外的各项评分显著较对照组低(P<0. 05);治疗后2组患者的Cooney腕关节功能各项评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0. 05);并且观察组治疗后改善幅度较对照组大(P<0. 05);观察组总有效率93. 9%,对照组总有效率79. 4%,差异显著(P<0. 05)。结论:郑氏伤科针灸结合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折并发Sudeck骨萎缩的疗效确切,为临床治疗提供有益参考。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Sudeck bone atrophy with distal radius fracture.Methods :68 cases of distal radius fracture complicated with Sudeck bone atrophy were selected and randomly divided into controlled group and observation group.The controlled group was treated with acupuncture alone,while the observation group was treated by acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine. The 2 groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical symptoms and signs,Cooney wrist joint function score and clinical efficacy evaluation were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment,and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results: The changes of the 2 groups of patients with pain,joint activity,tenderness,skin color and swelling scores after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05);And the patients in the observation group except the tenderness scores outside scores were significantly lower than the controlled group (P <0.05);Cooney after treatment of wrist joint the function of the 2 groups of patients were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05);And improved more significantly than the controlled group after treatment (P <0.05);The total efficiency of the observation group was 93.9%,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 79.4%,there had significant difference (P <0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Sudeck bone atrophy with distal radius fractures is effective and provides useful reference for clinical treatment.
