摘　　要：本文对紫花含笑的扦插繁育技术进行了研究,试验了不同生根剂、扦插基质、扦插时间和后期管理措施对紫花含笑扦插成活的影响。结果表明:(1)试验的4种生根剂中,用50mg·L^(-1)的ABT1号生根剂处理后的紫花含笑插条成活率最高;(2)轻基质容器扦插的紫花含笑的平均生根成活率达80.7%,明显高于大田扦插;(3)紫花含笑可选择夏季和秋季扦插。以夏季扦插为好,夏季扦插比秋季扦插生根快,一般2～3个月可生根;(4)紫花含笑扦插的后期管理的关键在于控温、保湿和杀菌,并及时补充营养。The cutting propagation technique of Michelia crassipes was studied in this paper, and the effects of different rooting agents, substrates, cutting time and later management measures on survival rate were tested. The results were as the followings: 1. Among of the four rooting reagents, the survival rate of M. crassipes cuttings was the highest by treated with 50 mg/L ABT1. 2. The rooting survival rate of M. crassipes with light substrate container was 80.7 %, which was obviously higher than that of the field. 3. The cutting propagation of M. crassipes could be done in summer and autumn, but it was the best in the summer, which was faster than that in autumn, and the rooting took place after 2-3 months. 4. The key to the later management of M. crassipes cottage was in controlling temperature, moisturizing and sterilizing, and supplementing nutrition in time.
