摘  要:为了解影响小反刍兽疫(PPR)疫苗免疫效果的因素,并为制定科学合理的PPR免疫程序提供依据,本试验选取不同PPR母源抗体水平的羔羊进行分组并免疫PPR疫苗;于不同时间免疫PPR、羊痘、口蹄疫疫苗,定期采血,采用商品化ELISA试剂盒检测抗体变化水平。结果表明,母源抗体严重干扰PPR疫苗的免疫效果,免疫羊痘疫苗和口蹄疫疫苗不会对PPR疫苗的免疫效果产生干扰。因此,在生产实际中需要做好羔羊PPR母源抗体水平的监测,根据监测结果制定科学合理的免疫程序。In order.to explore the immunity effectiveness of peste des petits ruminants (PPR)vaccine and provide guidelines to establish the proper immunization program,in this study,goats with different maternal antibody were divided into different groups to vaccinate with PPR vaccine.Serum samples of each group were collected regularly to detect PPR antibodies by competitive ELISA of ID-Vet company.Different vaccines including goat pox vaccine and foot-and-mouth disease vac- cine,were inoculated in different immunization programs in another experiment.Serum samples were collected regularly in different groups to detect antibodies by ELISA kits of ID-Vet company and CAAS.The results showed that the maternal antibodies interfered the immunogenicity of PPR vaccine seriously.Vaccination with goat pox vaccine and foot-and-mouth disease vaccine had no influence on the effect of PPR vaccine.PPRV antibody in kids should be monitored in the breeding process,and the scientific and reasonable immunization program of PPR should be established according to the monitoring results.
