超静定网梁体动态特性分析及结构优化

摘　　要：以CWS3675超静定网梁体激振结构大型振动筛的超静定网梁体结构为研究对象.在动态特性分析的基础上,对其进行多目标优化。结果表明,通过优化设计之后的网梁体,结构布局更为合理,尺寸设计更加科学,有效提高了结构的稳定性与可靠性。Hyperstatic net-beam structure of the large vibrating screen with hyperstatic net-beam CWS3675 is studied,and the multi-objective optimization is carried out based on the analysis of dynamic characteristics.The results show that the net-beam optimized has a more reasonable structural layout as well as more scientific size design,so the stability and reliability of the whole structure are improved greatly.
