摘  要:为了优化现有棒材生产线产品结构,增强企业适应市场的能力,在某小型连续棒材生产线保留原有产品和产能的情况下,通过对部分设备和孔型系统的改造,增加了角钢和槽钢产品生产,具体介绍了确定新增型钢产品大纲、选择利用现有轧机、配置型钢孔型系统的方法,利旧的轧机主电机参数校核计算的方法,以及主要设备改造的方案。仅通过局部设备和生产工具的改造即可使得连续棒材生产线同时具备棒材和型钢产品的生产能力,为新建设和已建成的棒材生产线开拓了一条产品优化升级的新思路。目前,该结构优化改造项目已圆满完成并稳定运行,提高了企业的经济效益。In order to optimize the existing bar production line of product structure and enhance the enterprise′s ability to adapt to the market,taking a small continuous bar production line in the retention of the original products and production capacity,through the transformation of part of the equipment and pass system,and increasing the production of angle steel and channel steel as the background,the new section of steel products,determine the outline choose to use existing methods of rolling mill,steel pass system,the old method of calculating parameters of rolling mill main motor check,and the main equipment transformation plan were introduced.Only through the transformation of local equipment and production tools can the continuous bar production line have the production capacity of bar and section steel products.A new idea of product optimization and upgrading has been developed for the new construction and the built bar production line.At present,the structural optimization and transformation projects have been successfully completed and run steadily,and the economic benefits of the enterprises have been improved.
