摘 要:为了研究有色冶金烟气中的高温熔融金属对微孔陶瓷管过滤性能及寿命的影响,采用静滴法进行熔融金属铋与微孔陶瓷基板之间的润湿性试验。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和EDS等手段分析了接触面的结构和成分,并对实际生产中微孔陶瓷管膜除尘系统收集的烟气粉尘进行了元素和粒径分析。结果表明,熔融金属铋与陶瓷基板之间黏结性较差,结合力较弱,容易进行反吹清洗,回收有价金属元素;实际生产收集到的烟气粉尘中主要含铅、砷、锌、铜、铁、钙等元素,其中铅含量最高,烟气粉尘粒径较小,生产稳定运行后粒度范围缩小至1~30μm,小于PM2.5的颗粒占8%~12%。In order to research the influence of high temperature molten metals in nonferrous metallurgical flue gas on the filtration performance and life of microporous ceramic tube,the wettability of molten metal bismuth on the microporous ceramic substrate is tested by using the sessile drop method.The structure and chemical component of the contact interface are analyzed by using metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and EDS.The composition and particle size of the flue gas and dust collected by the microporous ceramic tube of the dust removal system are also analyzed.The results show that the adhesion between the molten metal bismuth and the ceramic substrate is poor,and the bonding force is weak.It is easy to perform back flow cleaning and recover the valuable metal elements.The flue gas and dust collected in the actual production mainly contains Pb,As,Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca and other elements,and the Pb content is the highest.The particle size of flue gas and dust is small.After the stable production,the particle size range is reduced to 1-30μm,and the particles that are smaller than PM2.5,account for 8%-12%.
