摘 要:采用离散单元法(Discrete element method, DEM)分别对漏斗形移动床内颗粒粒径、底部开口宽度和卸料口坡度对颗粒质量流率的影响规律进行了数值模拟.研究结果表明:颗粒粒径、底部开口宽度和卸料口坡度的大小均对颗粒流率有着较大的影响。颗粒质量流率与颗粒粒径、卸料口坡度、开口宽度均呈现正相关的依赖关系,尤其随着卸料口坡度的增长呈指数形式增长.并且,颗粒质量流率与卸料口坡度满足依赖关系—平底形移动床Beverloo方形出口修正公式.The effect of particle size,bottom opening width and discharge port slope on the particle mass flow rate of a funnel-shaped moving bed was simulated by using discrete element method (DEM).The results show that the particle size,the bottom opening width and the discharge port slope have a great influence on the particle flow rate.The mass flow rate of the particles is strongly correlated with the particle size,the bottom opening width and the discharge port slope.Especially, the mass flow rate of the particles increases exponentially with the increase of the discharge port slope.The relation between the mass flow rate and the discharge port slope agrees well with the Beverloo modified formula for the flat-bottom moving bed with a square opening.
