摘  要:目的探讨微视频联合情境体验的健康教育方案在携带空肠造瘘管出院患者中的应用效果。方法对75例食管癌术后留置空肠造瘘管患者的主要照顾家属,在患者住院期间给予微视频联合情境体验的健康教育方案。患者携管出院后,在实施常规延续护理的基础上,配合使用移动终端信息交流工具。结果干预后75例患者居家护理不良事件发生率为6.7%(5/75),明显低于干预前的23.1%(12/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微视频联合情境体验的健康教育方案,配合使用移动终端信息交流工具,能有效降低空肠造瘘携管出院后延续护理期间居家护理不良事件发生率,保障患者安全。Objective To explore the effects of the health education program using micro video combined with situational experience for discharged patients with jejunal stoma tube.Methods We selected 75main family mem- bers of post-operative esophageal cancer patients with jejunal stoma tube in our department.These 75family mem- bers were educated using the combination of micro video and situational experience.After discharge,the 75eases used mobile terminal as a tool of information communication during regular continuing nursing care.Results The rate of nursing adverse events was 6.7%(5/75),which was siguificanfly lower than 23.1%(12/52)before intervention. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The health education program with combination of micro video,situational experience and usage of mobile terminal as a tool of information communication is an ef- fective method for reducing adverse events and ensuring patient safety.
