强健优质家蚕新品种丝雨二号的育成

摘　　要：为适应高效省力化蚕业生产发展需求,培育健康体质和优良茧丝质均衡的家蚕新品种,采用杂交育种方法进行亲本筛选、性状选择及杂交组配,通过实验室比较鉴定和农村比较鉴定同时进行的培育模式,培育出综合性状优良的家蚕新品种丝雨二号。其体质强健、发育整齐、丝质较优、稳产性好、繁育性能好。该品种的全国秋蚕期实验室共同鉴定成绩为:四龄起蚕虫蛹率92.44%,万蚕产茧量18.38kg,洁净95.49分,解舒率79.26%,鲜毛茧出丝率18.69%,茧层率23.68%,茧丝长1230m;秋蚕期生产鉴定成绩中的每盒种产茧量38.67kg;其原种公斤茧制种量在4.2张以上。丝雨二号于2015年9月2日通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定,适宜在长江流域、黄河流域秋季饲养。In order to meet the demands of high efficiency and labor-saving sericulture,silkworm( Bombyx mori) variety with balance of physical health and fine silk quality is needed. A new silkworm variety named Siyu No. 2 with excellent comprehensive traits was obtained through parent screening,feature selection and hybrid preparation. Evaluation to this new variety has been conducted in both laboratory and rural trial rearings. The results showed that this new variety has strong physique,uniform development,superior silk quality,stable yield,and good reproduction performance. Rearing results in autumn from the national laboratory co-identification showed that its larva-pupa survival rate was 92. 44%,cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae was 18. 38 kg,neatness was 95. 49 points,reelability was 79. 26%,raw silk rate of fresh cocoons was 18. 69%,cocoon shell rate was 23. 68%and cocoon filament length was 1 230 m. The results of rural silkworm rearing in autumn showed that its cocoon yield per box of eggs was 38. 67 kg. The egg production per kilogram parental cocoons was more than 4. 2 boxes.Siyu No. 2 was approved by the National Crop Variety Evaluation Committee on September 2,2015. It is suitable for rearing in autumn in the Yangtze River valley and the Yellow River valley.
