同层防护防排水系统在地下车库种植顶板中的应用

摘　　要：某地下车库种植顶板采用同层防护防排水系统,防水采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与耐根穿刺型SBS改性沥青防水卷材相结合的复合系统,排水部分采用聚酯无纺布、塑料支护网和塑料排水板形成的集水强排系统。介绍了项目车库顶板的防排水要点及施工工艺,并对细部节点处理作了阐述。Some underground garage employs same-floor waterproofing and drainage protection system.Of which:a combined system of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and root-resistant SBS modified bituminous waterproofing membrane is adopted as waterproofing layer;while a water collecting and forced drainage system of polyester non-woven cloth,plastic support network and drainage plate is used for draining.The article introduces the key points and construction technology for the waterproofing and drainage of the roof plate of the garage,and explains the treatments for details.
