摘　　要：党内政治生态是政党组织和成员在以政治为主导的实践活动中积淀形成的环境、氛围、风气、习惯等,是政党政治文化的综合反映。党内政治生态不仅对政党组织和成员产生极大的感染和影响作用,关乎党的先进性、纯洁性和创造力、凝聚力、战斗力,也强烈辐射和影响着党内外关系以及政风、社风、民风等各方面。党内政治生态问题表现形式多样,生成机制较为复杂。净化党内政治生态是一项系统工程,应针对党内政治生态存在的突出问题,多管齐下、综合施策、系统治理,在全面推进党的政治、思想、组织、作风及纪律建设中营造风清气正的党内政治生态。The inner-party political ecology, as a comprehensive reflection of political cultures of the party, is composed of the environment, atmosphere, morality and convention which take shape in political practices dominated by party organizations and members. The political ecology not only exerts considerable influence on and great appeals to party organizations and member in terms of progressiveness, purity, creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness, but also casts an intense effect on intra-and inner-party relations and governmental, social and folk ethics. The political ecological problems within the Party are manifested in various forms and their generative mechanism is comparatively complicated. Purifying the inner-party political ecology is a systematic project. We should take a multi-pronged approach, implement comprehensive policies and apply systematic governance in dealing with marked problems rooted in inner-party political ecology. By the same token, we should build up a pure and upright inner-party political ecology through promoting the party construction in the aspect of politics, ideology, organization, work style and discipline in an all-round way.
