摘　　要：习近平参加全国政协十三届一次会议联组会时,用"三个新就新在"对中国特色社会主义政党制度的优越性进行了新概括。这一新概括,既丰富和发展了他评价政治制度的"三个有利于"标准,又进一步揭示了中国政党制度较之旧式政党和西方政党制度的独特优越性,即中国特色社会主义政党制度理论之基的先进性、文化之源的深厚性、制度安排的科学性、稳定政治的功能性、文明贡献的世界性。Xi Jin-ping summarized the advantages of thesocialist political party system with Chinese characteristics with"three new features"in the joint meeting of the 13 th session of the CPPCC National Committee. This new generalization not only enriches and develops his criteria of"Three Benefits"in evaluating political system, but also further reveals the unique superiority of Chinese political party system over the old political party system and the western political party system, that is, the advancement of the theoretical basis of the socialist political party system with Chinese characteristics, the profoundness of cultural roots, scientific management of institutions,the function of stabilizing politics, the advancement of theoretical basis for socialist political party system with Chinese characteristics, steadiness of political functions and the contributions to global civilization.
