摘  要:[目的]筛选对火龙果溃疡病具有良好防治作用的杀菌剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法筛选抑菌效果突出的杀菌剂,利用喷雾法进行田间防治试验。[结果] 42.4%吡唑醚菌酯·氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂、50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂、35%氟吡菌酰胺·戊唑醇悬浮剂对火龙果溃疡病菌菌丝生长的毒力较强,EC50值分别为0.0575、0.1512、0.5639 mg/L。田间试验表明,42.4%吡唑醚菌酯·氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂田间对火龙果茎和果实溃疡病最高防效分别达89.07%、92.72%。[结论] 42.4%吡唑醚菌酯·氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂对火龙果溃疡病具有很好的防效,可作为田间防治火龙果溃疡病的有效药剂。[Aims] The study aims to screen out effective fungicides against pitaya canker. [Methods] Fungicides were selected by mycelial growth rate and field trials were carried out by spraying method. [Results] Pyraclostrobin·epoxiconazole 42.4% SC, prochloraz-manganese chloride complex 50% WP and fluopyram·tebuconazole 35% SC performed excellent activity in inhibiting the mycelia growth with EC50 values of 0.0575, 0.1512 and 0.5639 mg/L,respectively. The results of field trials revealed that pyraclostrobin·epoxiconazole 42.4% SC could control the pitaya canker efficiently, and displayed the best control efficacy of 89.07% on stem canker and 92.72% on fruit canker,respectively. [Conclusions] Pyraclostrobin·epoxiconazole 42.4% SC had good activity against pitaya canker and can be used for controlling pitaya canker in field.
