摘  要:为更好提升高密度、高传输速率密集波分复用系统的传输性能,对比分析了33%和50%归零差分相移键控码及67%载波抑制归零差分相移键控码的传输特性。通过Optisystem软件建立16信道、100GHz信道间隔的10Gb/s和40Gb/s密集波分复用传输系统,从码型抗色度色散、偏振模色散和非线性方面进行分析与讨论。仿真结果表明:10Gb/s传输速率,33%RZ-DPSK色散容忍度和抗非线性能力最优;40Gb/s传输速率,67%CRZ-DPSK在非线性和偏振模色散方面有不错的Q值平坦性,但色度色散对其影响较大。In order to improve the transmission performance of high density,high-transmission dense wavelength division multiplexing systems,33%RZ-DPSK,50%RZ-DPSK,and 67%CRZ-DPSK transmission characteristics are compared and analyzed.The 16channels,100GHz channels spacing 10Gb/s and 40Gb/s dense wavelength division multiplexing transmission systems are established in the Optisystem software to analyze and discuss the modulation patterns from chromatic dispersion,polarization mode dispersion,and nonlinearity.Simulation results show that,with a transmission rate of 10Gb/s,the 33%RZ-DPSK has the best dis- persion tolerance and nonlinearity resistance.At 40Gb/s transmission rate,67%CRZ-DPSK has a good Q flatness in terms of nonlinearity and polarization mode dispersion,but chromatic dispersion has a great influence on it.
