摘  要:活化白细胞黏附分子(activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule,ALCAM),最早发现于转移性黑色素瘤细胞系,随之发现ALCAM在活化的T细胞、活化的单核细胞、上皮细胞和成纤维细胞等中均有表达。近年发现,ALCAM在胰腺癌、结肠癌、子宫颈癌、前列腺癌、卵巢癌和口腔鳞状细胞癌等多种肿瘤中的表达量较正常组织升高,与癌症进展有关,且参与肿瘤的浸润和转移,可被视作潜在的肿瘤细胞标志物。Activated letikocyte cell adhesion molecule (ALCAM)was first found in the meta-static melanoma cell line,and it was later demonstrated to be expressed in activated T cells,activated monocytes,epithelial cells and fibroblasts.In recent years,the expression of ALCAM in different tumors,such as pancreatic cancer,colorectal cancer,cervical cancer,prostate cancer,ovarian cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma,is found to be higher than in normal tissues.It is related to the progression of cancer and is involved sidered as a potential marker of cancer cells. in tumor invasion and metastasis.It may be considered as a potential marker of cancer cells.
