香港城市地下空间开发利用现状研究

摘　　要：地下空间开发利用被公认为是构建城市可持续发展和支撑国家核心战略意义的重要部分。我国香港地区自20世纪70年代起开始开发地下空间。迄今为止,香港在地下空间开发的领域已经积累了丰富宝贵的经验。本文结合实例对香港地下空间开发利用形式和特点、布局规划、条例法规、综合效益等进行分析和研究,并提出了内地地下空间开发利用的可借鉴之处。The development and utilization of underground space is recognized as an important part of building the sustainable development of cities and supporting the national strategic core.Hong Kong has started to develop underground space since the 1970s.So far,Hong Kong has accumulated a wealth of valuable experience in the field of underground space development.This paper analyzes and studies the forms and characteristics of underground space development and utilization,layout planning,regulations and rules,comprehensive benefits and so on in Hong Kong,and gives some reference for the development and utilization ofandcrground space in China.
