摘  要:利用共聚复合聚铝硅絮凝剂和四氧化三铁,通过模拟锌污染原水的烧杯混凝实验,研究了复合聚铝硅的硅铝比、四氧化三铁和高岭土的添加对除浊除锌性能及余铝的影响。结果表明,相对于传统氯化铝(AC),以Alb为主的中度聚合铝(MA)除浊性能差,但除锌效果好;聚铝硅(MAS)除浊除锌性能均优于AC,提高硅铝比利于除浊但不利于除锌。反之,四氧化三铁可增强MAS的除锌性能而略降低除浊性能,同时显著降低余铝,但不能降低高硅铝比MAS的混凝余铝。四氧化三铁-MAS联用(FMAS)有协同作用,除锌率高达95%,添加高岭土进一步增强其除锌率,并能保障除浊效果。当FMAS的铁铝比为18,硅铝比为0.05~0.1,并投加高岭土时,除锌率和除浊率均可达99%以上。In this study, the copolymerized polyaluminium-silicon flocculant and magnetite were used to coagulate the synthetic zinc polluted water with jar test, the effects of silicon to aluminum ratio in composite polyaluminium-silicon, the addition of magnetite and kaolin on the turbidity and zinc removal, as well as the residual aluminum were determined. The results show that compared with traditional aluminum chloride(AC), the moderate polyaluminium(MA) dominated by Albspecies presented a worse turbidity removal performance, while a better zinc removal. Polyaluminium silicon(MAS) was superior to AC in turbidity removal and zinc removal. The increase of silicon to aluminum ratio made for turbidity removal but not for zinc removal. On the contrary, magnetite can enhance the zinc removal performance of MAS and slightly abate its turbidity removal, and the residual aluminum in MAS coagulated water was significantly reduced, but this didn’t occur for MAS with high Si/Al ratio. Magnetite-MAS(FMAS) has a synergistic effect with over 95% zinc removal, and kaolin addition can further increase its zinc removal ability and ensure the turbidity removal effect. Both the zinc and turbidity removal efficiencies could reach more than99% when the polluted water was coagulated by FMAS with the iron-aluminum ratio of 18 and the silicon-aluminum ratio of 0.05~0.1, and kaolin adjuvant.
