摘 要:慢性肾脏病是威胁全世界公共健康的主要疾病之一。肾脏疾病与免疫异常、组织内过度炎症反应、微循环障碍和血液的高凝状态密切相关。越来越多的研究发现某些凝血、纤溶相关物质参与了一些信号通路的激活.而这些信号通路的激活又与炎症反应、纤维增生相关,并直接参与到肾脏病的发生、发展中。通过对这些物质的干预能起到保护肾脏的作用:现代医学的凝血和纤溶与中医学的瘀血理论有相似之处.从中医角度分析,血脉瘀阻是慢性肾脏病的病因也是病理产物,益气活血治疗法则在慢性肾脏病的治疗中非常重要。Chronic kidney disease is one of the major diseases that threaten global public health.The pathogenesis of CKD is closely associated with immune system dysfunction,over inflammatory reaction,microcirculation disorder and blood hypercoagulability.Increasing researches have confirmed that some substances in coagulation and fibrinolysis are also involved in the activation of signaling pathways of inflammatory reaction and fibrogenesis in CKD.Therefore,proper interference with these substances could achieve the effect of protecting kidneys.The theory of coagulation and fibrinolysis taking part in renal disease pathogenesis in modern medicine is corresponding to that of blood stasis mechanism in tradi- tional Chinese medicine.Because in TCM,blood stasis is not only the cause of CKD but also a pathological product. Therefore,a TCM therapy of enhancing Qi and prompting blood circulation is very important for patients with CKD.
