基于辨证优化疗法的临床思维探讨慢性肾脏病的治疗策略

摘　　要：辨证优化疗法是将中医的宏观辨证与现代医学的微观认识结合起来,不同于单纯的中医辨证方法。辨证优化疗法通过辨疾病、辨阴阳、辨病因病机、辨证型、辨治疗与调护的中西医结合的方法对于疾病的认识和诊疗方面能够更深刻,在临床工作中取得了显著成效。把辨证优化疗法运用在慢性肾脏病的诊治,不仅提高了中医辨证论治的准确性,而且为现代医学的单一性治疗提供了另一种方法。辨证优化疗法为慢性肾脏病患者提供了一个个体化的中西医结合治疗的策略。Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy are proposed as a new way of clinical treatment that combines the macroscopic syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine with the microcosmic syndrome differentiation of modern medicine to achieve a better treatment effect.When integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy is applied in chronic kidney disease,not only the accuracy of the diagnosis of disease gets improved,but also the treatment becomes enriched.
