摘  要:目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激(transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimula-tion,TEAS)对患者额叶区域脑电图(Electroencephalogram,EEG)α1频段的影响。方法:共选取患者20例,在内关、百会两个穴位使用经皮穴位电刺激,分别记录患者经皮穴位电刺激前(T0)、经皮穴位电刺激15 min时(T1)、经皮穴位电刺激30 min时(T2)的心率(heart rate,HR)、平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)以及脑电图(EEG),并观察心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)以及脑电图(EEG)的变化,以及利用功率谱分析技术计算额叶区域脑电图α1频段的功率百分比。结果:实验结果表明,与T0相比,T1的HR、MAP以及额叶区域脑电图α1频段百分比有所变化但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),而T2的HR、MAP以及α1频段百分比有所下降并且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Objectives :The objectives of this research is to observe the effect of preoperative transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on EEG of frontal lobe in patients.Methods :Experiments recruited 20 patients who need percutaneous transcutaneous acupoints electrical stimulation on Neiguan (PC6)and Baihui (DU20).Parameters like heart rate (HR),mean arte -rial pressure (MAP)and EEG were recorded before percutaneous transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(T0),15minutes after transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(T1),and 30 minutes after transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(T2),and we observed the changes in HR,MAP and EEG.By using power--spectrum analysis,we calculated the power percentage of the α1-band of EEG.Results:The experiment results showed that HR, MAP and percentage of the α1 -band in most areas of the brain were lower at T1 when compared with the results of T0, but the differences were not statistically significant (P >0.05).However,the HR,MAP and percentage of the α1 - band in most areas of the brain decreased,meanwhile,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).
