中药槐杞黄颗粒联合弥凝片治疗单症状性夜遗尿症的远近期疗效、中医证候改善及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:研究中药槐杞黄颗粒联合弥凝片治疗单症状性夜遗尿症的远近期疗效、中医证候改善及预后状况。方法:选择2015年1月_2016年10月来医院就诊的患有单症状性夜遗尿症患者84例进行研究。经过随机数表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用弥凝片进行治疗;观察组患者采用中药槐杞黄颗粒联合弥凝片治疗。治疗1个疗程之后,进行夜尿次数等指标的观察。对比分析两组患者夜尿减少次数。同时,对两组患者中医症状积分、不良反应发生率及复发率进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(χ^2=9.722;P<0.05)。治疗前,治疗前后,两组患者阴虚体质,舌质红苔薄脉细等中医症状积分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者阴虚体质,舌质红苔薄脉细等中医症状积分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(χ^2=0.941;P<0.331)。治疗前,两组夜间尿量及排尿次数也明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组夜间排尿量及排尿次数显著减少,与对照组相比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。在治疗后3个月、6个月和1年,观察组患者总复发率显著低于对照组(χ^2=4.459;P<0.05)。结论:中药槐杞黄颗粒联合弥凝片治疗单症状性夜遗尿症具有较好的远近期疗效、显著改善患者症候,并且具有较低的不良反应发生率,值得在临床上的广泛推广。Objective:To study the long-term and short-term curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Meiflexi Tablet in the treatment of single symptomatic nocturnal enuresis, improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and prognosis. Methods:Eighty-four patients with unilateral symptomatic nocturia who visited our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The patients in the observation group were treated with Huaiqihuang Granule and Desmopressin Acetate. The therapeutic effect, nocturnal urine output, urinary osmotic pressure, bladder volume and urinary residual were compared between the two groups. The incidence of TCM symptoms, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group’s effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in nocturnal urine output, urine osmotic pressure and bladder volume between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the nighttime urine output in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The bladder volume was significantly larger than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the Yin constitution of the observation group and TCM symptom scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the nighttime urine output and voiding frequency were also significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the nighttime urination and urination frequency were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation
