中药茶方降脂粉在围绝经期高脂血症中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察中药茶方降脂粉治疗围绝经期女性高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月收治的82例合并有高脂血症的围绝经期女性作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为两组:观察组41例(中药茶方降脂粉+阿托伐他汀),对照组41例(阿托伐他汀),比较两组患者治疗后血脂及Kupperman Index(KI)评分变化。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者1个月、2个月及3个月的TG、TC及LDL-C明显降低,观察组患者治疗后的TG、TC及LDL-C低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后HDL-C明显升高,且高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后KI明显降低,观察组患者治疗后KI低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后疗效的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药茶方降脂粉能改善围绝经期女性的脂代谢,改善围绝经女性的临床症状,安全性较为可靠。Objective:To study the effect of Chafang Jiangzhi Powder on hyperlipidemia in women in perimenopausal period. Methods:From January 2016 to January 2018, 82 patients were chosen as study objects, and all of them were divided into two groups: 41 patients in the observation group(Chinese medicine tea decoction + atorvastatin) and 41 patients in the control group(atorvastatin). After treatment, the changes of blood lipid and Kupperman Index(KI) score were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with those before treatment, TG, TC and LDL-C of the two groups were significantly lower one, two and three months after treatment. The TG, TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The HDL-C of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the KI of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the KI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05). The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of Chafang Jiangzhi Powder could alleviate the lipid metabolism of hyperlidemiac women in perimenopausal period and improve peri menopausal symptoms.
