高校旅游管理专业创业教育现状及对策分析

摘　　要：当前"大众创业、万众创新"是党中央、国务院在经济发展新常态下做出的一项重要战略部署。在此背景下,通过多种途径提高旅游管理专业大学生的创业能力,鼓励和引导旅游管理专业大学生积极参与自主创业活动,不仅能够使得大学生毕业后的就业压力得到缓解,同时也能够促进旅游行业的整体发展。本文首先对游管理专业大学生创业教育的意义进行了描述,然后在此基础上阐述了旅游管理专业的现状、问题以及发展对策。本文所提出的对策及分析能够对旅游管理专业大学生创业教育的改革与发展提供一些值得借鉴和参考的地方。Public entrepreneurship and peoples innovation is an important strategic deployment which is made by the party central committee and the state council in the current new economic development normalcy. Through variety of ways to im-prove tourism management professional college students' entrepreneurial ability, encourage and guide tourism management professional college student take part in self-employment activities not only can alleviate employment pressure after gradua-tion, but also can promote the overall development of the tourism industry. This paper describes the meaning of tourism man-agement professional college students' entrepreneurship education. Then, it expounds the current status, problems and devel- opment countermeasures of tourism management profession on the above basis. The countermeasures and analysis of this pa-per can provide some references for the reform and development of college students' entrepreneurship education of tourism management profession.
