摘　　要：采用羊毛与吸湿快干异型涤纶混纺纱(50∶50)开发吸湿快干功能性段彩针织绒线,介绍产品的加工流程、原料选择、染色工艺和纺纱工艺,详细介绍毛条染色工艺和纺纱工艺中的工艺参数设计和关键技术措施,最后测试产品的基本物理性能和吸水速率、芯吸高度。结果表明,开发的吸湿快干功能性段彩针织纱线品质优良,其吸湿快干性能优于传统纱线产品。The moisture absorbing and fast drying functional segment color knitted yarn was developed by using wool and hygroscopic and fast drying special-shaped polyester blended yarn (50:50).The processing flow of the products,selection of raw materials,dyeing process and spinning process were introduced.The process parameters design and key technical measures in the process of wool dyeing and spinning were introduced in detail.Finally, the basic physical properties,water absorption rate and core suction height of the product were tested.The results show that the developed moisture absorbing and quick drying functional segment color knitted yarn has good quality and its hygroscopicity and quick drying performance is superior to traditional yarn products.
