摘  要:本文采用溶剂萃取法测试不饱和聚酯树脂的固化率,系统地研究了不同固化条件如温度和固化剂用量对树脂固化过程的影响。采用标准《纤维增强塑料用液体不饱和聚酯树脂》(GB/T 8237-2005)和《人造石》(JCT 908-2013)中的方法测试不同固化率下不饱和聚酯树脂和有机人造石制品的力学性能。结果表明,在固化剂用量1 wt%、固化温度为80℃时固化效果较好,树脂固化物抗折强度可达23.01 MPa;树脂的固化率随固化时间增加而增大,但固化率大于90%之后反应速度变慢,需要延长固化时间使单体转化完全。In this paper, the curing rate of unsaturated polyester resin is tested by solvent extraction method. The effects of different curing conditions such as temperature and curing agent dosage on the curing process of the resin are systematically studied. The mechanical properties of unsaturated polyester resins and organic artificial stone at different curing rates are tested by using the standard method in <Liquid Unsaturated Polyester Resin for Fiber Reinforced Plastics> (GB/T 8237-2005) and <Artificial Stone> (JCT 908-2013) . The test results show that the curing effect is good when the curing agent dosage is 1wt% and the curing temperature is 80°C. Under this condition the flexural strength of the cured resin can reach 23.01MPa. The curing rate of the resin increases with the curing time, but after the curing rate reached 90%, the reaction rate becomes slow, and it is necessary to extend the curing time to complete the conversion of the monomer.
