摘　　要：阐述了轿车外板件特有的技术要求、冲压工艺设计中所涉及到的工艺分析及控制要点,面缺陷分析,型面修补、材料成形流动性计算等;介绍了分型面的选择及模具设计的注意事项,以及模具制造、调试、制件生产的特殊性。对外板件的冲压工艺、模具设计、生产制造具有一定的指导意义。This paper describes the unique technical requirements of the outer panel parts of the automobile,the process analysis and control points involved in the stamping process design, the surface defect analysis,the surface repair,the calculation of material forming fluidity,etc.. The selection of the sub-surface and the attention of the die design,as well as the characteristics of the die manufacturing,debugging,and product production.Have certain guiding significance for the stamping process,die design,and production and manufacturing of the board parts.
