摘　　要：通过研究洗衣机后控板的塑件特点及其技术要求,并借助于UG软件的Mold Wizard分模工具,分别从模具初始化、坐标系指定、模具工件尺寸、分型线确定、分型面创建、型腔及型芯生成、模架选用等方面,详细阐述了洗衣机后控板模具的设计步骤和设计方法。该研究为其它注射模结构设计提供了一定的经验,值得在模具行业中进行推广与应用。By studying the characteristics and technical requirements of the rear control panel of the washing machine,and by using the Mold Wizard module tool of UG software,the design procedure and design method of washing machine rear control panel mold is elaborated in detail from the aspects of the initialization of the mold,the designation of the coordinate system,the size of the mold workpiece,determination of the parting line,the creation of the parting surface, the formation of the cavity and the core and the selection of the mold bases.This research provides some experience for the structural design of other injection mold,and is worthy of promotion and application in the mold industry.
