摘　　要：介绍了前灯双色灯罩模具注射成型原理及定模弹块同步顶出结构的工作过程。阐述了定模弹块同步顶出结构在前灯双色灯罩模具中的应用优势。此结构成功运用,提升了模具动作稳定性和可靠性;精简模具结构,降低模具制造成本。This paper mainly introduces the principle of the injection molding and the synchronous ejection structure of the fixed mold half for the bi-colour headlamp mold. Emphasizing the advantage that he synchronous ejection structure of the fixed mold half was used for the bi-colour headlamp mold.Successful use of the structure,promoting the stability and reliability of the mold,simplifying the structure of the mold,reduceing the cost of the mold.
