摘　　要：简述了硫醇二丁基锡热稳定剂在PVC加工行业中的应用现状以及面临的法规压力,指出其与传统181型硫醇甲基锡的应用差异。提出一种新型甲基锡热稳定剂,可等量替代硫醇丁基锡,具有优异的热稳定性能、良好的润滑性能、较好的性价比等优势。适宜于PVC型材、异型材、管材、管件、板材等制品的加工。This paper first briefly introduced the application status and regulatory pressure of dibutyltin mercaptide applied to the PVC processing industry, and compared that with the traditional 181-type of methyltin mercaptide as a substitute for dibutyltin mercaptide. Then, a new methyltin heat stabilizer was proposed, which can substitute dibutyltin mercaptide with the same amount, and was proved to not only have such advantages as an excellent thermal stability, a lubricating property, and a good cost performance, but be suitable for the processing of PVC profiles, irregular profiles, tubular goods, pipe fittings, plates and other products.
