摘 要:叶酸是一种水溶性B族维生素(维生素B9),也是机体中重要的一碳单位载体。经典动物营养学认为,反刍动物瘤胃微生物能够合成叶酸,且满足反刍动物的生长发育需求。而随着研究的深入,发现瘤胃微生物合成的叶酸不足以满足生长代谢需求,尤其是在特殊生理时期如妊娠阶段和哺乳期。因此,本文对目前叶酸对反刍动物产奶及繁殖性能上取得的相关结果进行了综述。Folate is one of the water-soluble B vitamins(VB9).It is also an important one-carbon unit carrier in the organism.According to classical animal nutrition,rumen microorganisms of ruminants can synthesize folic acid and meet the growth and development requirement of ruminants.With the deepening of research,i.t was found that the folic acid synthesized by the rumen microorganism is not sufficient to meet the growth and development requirements of ruminants,es - pecially during the special riod.Therefore,this paper production and reproduction physiological periods,such as the pregnancy stage and lactation pe - mainly summarized the related results of folic acid on ruminant milk performance.
