摘　　要：黑龙江省是传统的对俄经贸大省,在中俄经贸合作中占有重要地位。随着黑龙江省对俄经贸合作的深化与发展,对俄经贸应用型创新人才严重不足问题备受关注。从黑龙江省的省情出发,结合当前政策背景,从黑龙江省高校对俄经贸应用型创新人才培养的困境角度进行分析,探讨在新时代背景下如何完善对俄经贸应用型创新人才的培养模式,助力黑龙江省对俄经贸合作发展。China and Russia have complementary economic structures,a long history of economic and trade exchanges,and a broad base of cooperation.Heilongjiang Province is a traditional trade advantage province with Russia and plays an important role in Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation.With the deepening and development of Heilongjiang’s economic and trade cooperation with Russia,the serious shortage of economic and trade-oriented innovative talents has become the most important constraint.Based on the provincial conditions of Heilongjiang Province and the current policy background,this paper analyzes the dilemma of the cultivation of Russian economic and trade application-oriented innovative talents from colleges and universities in our province,and discusses how to improve the training mode of economic and trade-oriented innovative talents in Russia in the new era,to help Heilongjiang Province develop economic and trade cooperation with Russia.
