摘　　要：华北各根据地建立后,为推动根据地妇女运动的开展,中共加强了对基层妇女干部的培养。通过自上而下的组织发动,数量众多的女学生和农妇在很短时间内被吸收到干部队伍中。在实现了干部数量的增长后,中共又以干部训练班的方式提高妇女干部的素质,围绕不同时期的中心任务对她们的工作方法进行指导。对于女性身份带给妇女干部的种种问题,中共从政策和思想层面给予了尽可能的帮助。根据地基层妇女干部的培养既遵循了中共一贯的干部培养思路,又从实际工作和妇女干部特点出发进行了灵活调整,这正是根据地基层妇女干部队伍能够迅速壮大并切实发挥作用的原因所在。In order to promote the development of the women's movement,CPC strengthened the training of grassroots women cadres after the establishment of the North China revolutionary base area.Through the mobilization of CPC,a large number of female students and peasants joined the cadres team in a short period. After the increase of the number of women cadres,CPC organized the training courses to improve the quality of cadres.The Party provided guidance over the working methods of women cadres based on the Party's central tasks in different periods.For the problems brought about by female identity,CPC provided guidance and support both institutionally and ideologically.The training of grassroots women cadres,was not only in line with the consistent approach of the CPC's cadre training,but also reflected the flexible adjustment based on the practical work and the characteristics of women cadres.This is the fundamental reason for the fast development of grassroots women cadre team and the practical roles played by them.
