摘　　要：目的探讨体位改进在腹腔镜胃减容术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月—2018年2月于我院行腹腔镜下胃减容手术患者84例。按手术中体位不同分为实验组和对照组,比较2组患者在麻醉前(rrl)、手术开始后30min(T2)及手术结束后30min(T3)的血流动力学指标,观察患者在术后的皮肤受压状况、异常感觉,并调查患者对围术期护理的满意度。结果采用体位改进后,实验组患者皮肤受压、异常感觉状况和患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改进后的体位放置方法可以减轻患者术中压力性损伤和皮神经损伤的发生,提高患者对围术期护理的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of body position changes in laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG). Methods A total of 84patients who were scheduled to undergo LSG in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into an experiment group and a control group,according to their body position changes.The two groups were compared for the hemodynamic parameters before anesthesia (TI),and at 30 min after the starting of surgery (T2)and 30 min after the end of surgery (T3).The patients were compared for skin pressure,postoperative abnormal feeling and patients'nursing satisfaction.Results The experiment group showed remarkably improved skin compression,skin abnormal sensation and patient satisfaction after body position changes (P<0.05).Conclusions Improved position can decrease the occurrence of intraoperative pressure injury and cutaneous nerve injury and improve patient satisfaction on perioperative nursing.
