摘 要:为缩短船舶停港时间、降低运营成本,以及提高AGV重载率,自动化码头采用双小车岸桥与AGV协同的方式对集装箱进行协调装卸搬运。在考虑双小车岸桥中转平台的情况下,对后小车作业进行时间窗约束,建立以AGV空载行驶成本、AGV总行驶成本以及岸桥作业延误成本加权和最小为目标的AGV调度问题混合整数规划模型。通过CPLEX Optimization Studio进行数值试验,从4个方面对模型进行分析,验证了双小车岸桥对于AGV调度优化的优越性,并找出存在缓存区时AGV的数量配置和分派调度优化方案。In order to reduce the delay in ship operations,improve the operational efficiency of transportation equipment and decrease the cost of ship operations at automated container terminals,the double trolly quay crane was adopted to transport containers in coordination with AGVs.A mixed integer programming model is established for assigning optimal delivery and pick-up tasks to AGVs in considering the buffer of quay,which target was minimizing the total travel time,empty rate of AGVs and the delay of Quay Cranes(QCs)with time-window constraints for the trolley in landside.The numerical experiment is performed by CPLEX Optimization Studio.It verified that the double trolley quay crane has the superiority in AGV scheduling optimization through four analysis of results from different aspects.And the number of buffer capacity under the quay crane,the number of AGV and optimal scheduling of AGV with double trolley quay crane were found out.
