摘 要:为探究低浓度陶瓷CBN砂轮表面有效磨粒对砂轮磨削性能影响规律,首先建立了静态有效磨粒比模型,并提出有效磨粒检测统计新方法,然后选择不同浓度、不同粒度砂轮开展磨削试验研究。试验结果表明:降低磨粒浓度可提高静态有效磨粒比,提高磨料利用率,但磨粒浓度低于30%时则砂轮磨削性能恶化;升高磨粒浓度可增加静态有效磨粒数,提高砂轮切削能力,但磨粒浓度达到70%以上则砂轮磨削性能无法进一步提升,且严重降低砂轮性价比;不同粒度的低浓度砂轮,在相同条件下,细粒度砂轮可发挥更优磨削性能。In order to research the influence of effective grainsin the vitrified bond CBN grinding wheel surface on wheel grinding performances,which is in low concentration,effective grains percentage model was established firstly,and a new method of detection and statistics for effective grains was proposed.And then,a series of grinding experiments for six wheels in different concentrations and in different levels of granularity were carried out.The results demonstrated that decreasing concentration of wheels can increase the percentage of effective grains in static state,and improve grain utilization,nonetheless,the grinding performances deterioratein the condition of concentration below 30%.At the same time,increasing concentration of wheels can increase the number of effective grains in static state,and enhance wheel grinding ability,never the less,the grinding performances cannot gain further advance and the wheel cost efficient will drop seriously in the condition of concentration above 70%.Besides,in the comparison of low concentration grinding wheels in different levels of granularity,fine grain wheel can gain better performance under the same condition.
