摘　　要：改革开放40年来,中国共产党围绕改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济条件下"为什么必须反腐败、由谁领导反腐败、依靠谁反腐败、怎样推进反腐败斗争"这个主题,紧密结合反腐败斗争新的实践,不断推进反腐败理论发展,为马克思主义理论宝库增添了新的华章,走出了一条中国特色社会主义的反腐败道路。本文重点概述党在不同时期发展反腐败理论的要点。提出,有正确的理论指导,才会有丰硕的实践成果;理论来于实践,必须注重推进创造性实践;理论靠实践检验和修正,必须坚持用新的理论指导实践。当前,应着重学习和贯彻习近平关于反腐败的重要思想,夺取反腐败斗争压倒性胜利。During the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has continuously promoted the development of anti-corruption theory by closely integrating the theme of" Why must we fight against corruption, who should lead anti-corruption, who will we rely on to fight corruption, and how to push forward anti-corruption" under the socialist market economy, which added a new chapter to the treasure house of Marxist theory, and embarked on a road of anti-corruption with socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper focuses on the main points of the anti-corruption theory in different times, i.e., Deng Xiaoping as the core of the central leadership collective, Jiang Zemin as the core of the central leadership collective, the Party Central Committee with Hu Jintao as the General Secretary, and the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core. It suggests that with correct theoretical guidance, there will be fruitful practical results. Theory stems from practice, therefore we should focus on promoting creative practice. We must adhere to the new theory to guide practice while theory depends on practice’s testing and revision. At present, we should learn and implement Xi Jinping’s important ideas of anti-corruption, to strive for an overwhelming victory in the fight against corruption.
