摘 要:电压稳定剂多用于交流电缆用交联聚乙烯(crosslinked polyethylene,XLPE)绝缘材料,尚未有研究系统探索电压稳定剂在直流电缆XLPE绝缘中应用的可行性。为了研究电压稳定剂对XLPE直流绝缘性能的影响,选取一种可接枝的芳香酮化合物(aromatic ketone compound,AKVS)作为电压稳定剂。通过熔融共混和热交联方法制备含有AKVS和抗氧剂的XLPE—A试样,以仅含抗氧剂的XLPE试样为参照,测试电压稳定剂对XLPE红外吸收光谱特性,以及不同温度下的直流击穿强度、电导特性和空间电荷积累特性的影响。实验结果表明:AKVS分子在热交联过程中能通过其乙烯基上的化学反应接枝到XLPE分子上;含有AKVS的试样不同温度下的直流击穿强度均得到大幅度提高;AKVS使XLPE电导率的温度依赖性略有增大,但对直流电缆绝缘层电场分布的负面影响并不明显;含有AKVS的试样空间电荷的分布相对更均匀、积累量相对减小,电荷消散速度相对更快。该文提出一种将电压稳定剂应用于直流电缆XLPE绝缘的方法,可以作为其他改性方法的有益补充。Voltage stabilizers are mostly used in cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated HVAC cable, while the feasibility of applying voltage stabilizer in XLPE insulation material for HVDC cable has not been systematically investigated. In order to study the effect of voltage stabilizer on the DC insulation performance of XLPE, an aromatic ketone compound(AKVS) was selected as voltage stabilizer, and XLPE-A samples containing AKVS and antioxidant were prepared by melt-blending and thermo-crosslinking. With XLPE samples containing only antioxidant as reference, the influences of AKVS on the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of XLPE as well as the DC breakdown strength, conductivity and space charge accumulation characteristic at different temperatures were tested. The results indicate that AKVS can be grafted onto XLPE molecules in the thermo-crosslinking process through reaction on its ethenyl group; AKVS can improve the DC breakdown strength of XLPE at different temperatures; the temperature dependence of XLPE’s conductivity is slightly increased by adding AKVS, but the electric field in DC cable insulation layer is not obviously affected. The samples of XLPE-A have exhibited more uniform space charge distributions, less space charge accumulations and higher charge dissipation rates. This paper provides a method to utilize voltage stabilizer in DC cable XLPE insulation, which can be used as a beneficial supplement to other modification methods.
