摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着网络环境下隐私安全问题的日益突出,用户隐私关注程度不断提高,虚拟社区作为网络用户信息交互的重要平台,对其用户隐私关注的研究尤为重要。[方法/过程]目前隐私关注文献主要基于APCO (Antecedents→Privacy Concerns→Outcomes)思路,研究包括隐私关注影响因素和隐私关注对用户行为的影响两个方面。虚拟社区用户隐私关注的影响因素可以归为3类:信息因素(信息质量、信息敏感度)、主观感知因素(感知信任、感知风险)和平台因素(声誉、隐私政策);隐私关注主要对虚拟社区用户信息披露行为和信息采纳行为产生影响。[结果/结论]对虚拟社区用户隐私关注现状的分析为后续相关研究的展开提供了较为客观、全面的参考。[Purpose/significance]With the increasing prominent privacy and security issues in the network environment,users' privacy concerns improve continually.As a significant platform for information interaction of network users,researches on users' privacy concerns in virtual community are especially important.[Method/process]The literatures about privacy concerns were mainly based on APCO(Antecedents→Privacy Concerns→Outcomes)thought,including two aspects of influencing factors of privacy concerns and the impact of privacy concerns on user behavior.The influencing factors of users' privacy concerns in virtual community can be grouped into three categories:information factors (information quality,information sensitivity),users' perception factors (perceived trust,perceived risk),and the platform factors (reputation,privacy policies).Users' privacy concerns in virtual community mainly affect information disclosure and information adoption.[Result/conclusion]To analyze users'privacy concerns in virtual community can give an objective and comprehensive reference for the following relevant researches.
