摘  要:研究玉米单作、玉米||花生2∶4模式和4∶2模式3种种植方式对玉米根系空间分布和根系抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同种植模式显著影响玉米的根系空间分布,根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在间作模式下显著高于单作模式,间作能够延长玉米根系功能期特别是生长中后期根系功能,对玉米子粒产量的增加具有重要的促进作用。In this study,the effects of maize single cropping together with two maize-peanut intercropping (2:4 and 4:2)modes on the root spatial distribution and the protective enzyme activity of root are studied.The results show that different planting patterns change the maize root spatial distribution features obviously.The SOD,POD, CAT activities in root in intercropping modes are significantly higher than that in monoculture model,and maizepeanut intercropping could prolong the functional period of root especially the root system at the middle and later growth stages plays an important role in promoting corn grain yield.
