摘 要:某含砷含碳微细粒难处理金精矿劫金性能分析表明,劫金指数为2. 52 g·t^-1,劫金能力为105. 93 g·t^-1,属于高劫金难处理金精矿。为获得适宜的预氧化-提金工艺,比较研究了焙烧、臭氧、微波、化学、生物等预氧化工艺,并对预氧化渣进行了氰化浸出。结果表明:该金精矿适宜的处理工艺为生物预氧化-氰化浸出-强化浸出。金精矿经生物预氧化12 d,硫和砷的氧化率分别为85. 26%和65. 75%,生物预氧化渣经氰化浸出和强化浸出,最终黄铁矿氧化率达到98. 70%,金浸出率为82. 77%,有机碳降解率为7. 45%。拉曼光谱分析表明,金精矿中碳质物的石墨化程度较低,劫金能力较强。经生物预氧化后有机碳含量有所减少,石墨化程度降低,但碳质物的劫金性能增强。金物相分析发现,部分金不能浸出主要为有机碳劫金及脉石包裹所致。The gold preg-robbing performance of a fine particle refractory gold concentrate containing arsenic and carbon showed that the preg-robbing index( PRI) was 2. 52 g·t-1 and preg-robbing strength( PRS) was 105. 93 g·t-1,which belonged to the high pregrobbing refractory gold concentrate. The pretreatment processes of roasting,ozonation,microwave,chemical and biooxidation were compared and the cyanidation leaching of the pretreatment residue was carried out for the concentrate. The results revealed that the optimum process for the gold concentrate was biooxidation-cyanide leaching-intensified leaching. After 12 days biooxidation,the sulfur and arsenic oxidation rate was 85. 26% and 65. 75% separately. The final pyrite oxidation rate was 98. 70%,the gold leaching rate was 82. 77% and organic carbon degradation rate was 7. 45% after cyanide leaching-intensified leaching. The Raman spectra analysis showed that the graphitization degree of the carbonaceous material was low and the preg-robbing activity was high for the concentrate,while the content and graphitization degree of carbonaceous material and was reduced after biooxidation,but the preg-robbing activity was enhanced. The gold phase analysis showed that the reason for the unleached gold was owing to gold preg-robbing by organic carbon and gangue wrapped.
