摘  要:钛及钛合金换热管管头焊接质量关系到设备的使用安全、使用效率及工作寿命。阐述了钛制换热器换热管与管板焊接性能,利用多种检测方法发现焊接产生的缺陷,分析研究了换热管管头焊缝焊接缺陷的产生原因并处理了缺陷部位,从而为钛制换热管与管板管头焊接的质量控制提供理论依据。Welding quality of titanium and titanium alloy heat exchanger tube joint was related to the safety, efficiency and service life of the equipment.The welding performance of the heat exchanger tubes and tube sheets of titanium heat exchangers was described.The defects caused by welding were found by various testing methods. The causes of welding defects in the weld head of the heat exchange tube were analyzed and studied,and the defect parts were processed to provide a theoretical basis for the quality control of the heat exchange tube and the tube head tube welding.
