摘　　要：介绍了多晶硅打压(启动)用干式变压器的负荷特点及工艺要求,分析了该变压器调压方式,推导了等效电流计算及短路阻抗的确定,探讨了短路电流值及机械强度的保证措施。The load characteristic and process requirement of dry-type transformer for polysilicon pressurization (start-up)are introduced.The voltage regulation mode of the transformer is analysed.The calculation of equivalent current and short-circuit impedance are derived.The guarantee measures of short-circuit current value and me- chanical strength are discussed.
