摘  要:纳米二氧化钛被认为是一种具有化学惰性,无毒且不会与生物引起排斥的生物材料,已被广泛用于与药物传送、防晒护理、环境治理和抗菌等领域,在畜牧业和蚕业也报道了与其相关的积极生物学效应,其在提高家蚕饲料效率方面效果显著,且增加了蚕茧的产量以及家蚕抗病性,取得了很好的社会经济效益。本综述主要从家蚕生理生态、蚕病防治、有机磷农药中毒以及丝蛋白合成等领域综述纳米二氧化钛的研究进展及相关分子机制,并结合广西蚕区特征及气候条件,探讨了其在广西蚕区推广应用的适用性。Titanium Oxide Nano-particles (TiO2 NPs) is considered to be a biological material with Chemical inertness, non-toxicity and no rejection with organisms. It has been widely used in many areas such as drug delivery, sunscreen care, environmental management and antimicrobial. In addition, the positive biological effects related to Titanium Oxide Nano-particles in animal husbandry and sericulture has also been reported. It has remarkable effect in improving the feed efficiency of silkworm, increasing the production of silkworm cocoon and the resistance of silkworm to the disease, and it also has obtained good social and economic benefits. In this paper, we mainly summarized the research progress and the related molecular mechanisms of TiO2 NPs from the aspects of physiological ecology of silkworm, control of silkworm disease, organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and silk protein synthesis. Furthermore, we also discussed the applicability of TiO2 NPs in Guangxi silkworm region in combination with the characteristics of Guangxi silkworm region and its climatic conditions.
