摘  要:阳离子质子转运体(CHX,cation/H^+ exchanger)基因家族属于CPA2(cation proton antiporter2)超家族基因,其N端有一个Na^+/H^+ exchanger结构域,主要通过参与植物体内阳离子和质子的转运调控众多的生物学过程。本研究通过生物信息学手段,在全基因组水平上筛选鉴定出40个大豆CHX基因。染色体定位分析表明大豆CHX基因分布在19条不同的染色体上,进一步基因同线性分析表明大部分基因是通过基因复制而来;通过对其进行系统发生分析,将40个大豆CHX基因分为5个亚家族;通过对基因结构和保守基序分析表明各组内的基因在基因结构和保守基序上比较保守;利用大豆组织表达数据分析表明,CHX基因主要表达在花中。Cation proton exchanger (CHX) gene family belongs to CPA2 (cation proton antiporter 2) super family and its N-terminal has a Na^+/H^+Exchanger domain,, which regulates various biological processes mainly by participating in cation and proton transportation in plants. In this study, a total of 40 soybean CHX genes were screened and identified on genome-wide level through bioinformatics. Chromosome localization analysis showed that the soybean CHX genes were distributed on 19 different chromosomes. Further syntenic analysis revealed that most genes were from gene duplication. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the 40 soybean CHX genes were divided into 5 subfamilies. Gene structure and conserved motif analysis demonstrated that genes in different groups were conserved in term of gene structure and conserved motif. Soybean tissue expression data analysis showed that CHX genes were mainly expressed in flowers.
